Stage: Our primary focus is on early stage ventures, Series A and beyond, as well as established companies poised for substantial growth or business transformation.

Financial Profile: We target businesses with a proven revenue model, strong gross margins, and clear paths to profitability. Ideally, our target companies will have annual revenues between $5M and $100M.

Company Profile

Geography: We invest in companies worldwide, with an emphasis on North America, Europe, and high-growth emerging markets.

Sector: We are sector-agnostic but have developed deep expertise in consumer, healthcare, hospitality and manufacturing.

Investment Size

We typically invest between $50K to $1M in equity per transaction, in businesses valued up to $250M. Our financial commitment, however, is not limited to these ranges, as we have the ability to syndicate larger transactions with our co-investors and strategic partners.
